Some great news to report in the obsessive stalking of Dirty Dirk Nannes monitoring of the Vics in England.
In yesterday's Twenty20 game against Essex, he took a hat-trick (Varun Chopra, Grant Flower, Ryan ten Doeschate), leaving Essex on 20 for 5. Essex failed to recover from this Dirk Nannes triple blow to the heart, and Middlesex won by 7 wickets.
Dirk finished with 4 - 28, including that most precious of things: a Twenty20 maiden.
