Peter Siddle

I'm going to be honest, I am finding it hard not to be excited by Peter Siddle.

For all the negative shit that has been thrown his way, he does seem to be getting better test by test.

I mean if he can do this to South Africa at this stage of his career, there could be some serious manlove coming his way when he really works this test cricket caper out.

Who knows where he goes from here, but i know where he comes from.

Siddle is from Traralgon, have you been there, ofcourse not.

It's a strange place, full of angry vicious people, and the men are scary too.

The place is so hard core that Jason Gillespie, Australian Icon, was assaulted there.

In order for Siddle to survive there he had to bowl aggressively, and carry an axe.

That is sort of like test cricket.

Especially the axe.

So 4 test into his career, one two tests longer than the critics wanted, he looks like this.

Batting average of 15.

Pushes past 90 miles regularly.

Man of the match in his 4th test.

Compared to Brett Lee’s career bowling average of 30.81, the boy looks pretty good.

And he is 24.
