tiger cubs are made of play doh

I really hope one day Bangladesh become a test nation of note.

I also really hope I find 500 bucks when I leave the house tomorrow.

Losing to New Zealand like this is really saying they are far from a test nation.

The Kiwis form line can be taken through the fact the Windies managed to win a test against the South Africa after the Kiwis got absolutely pantsed.

That doesn’t say much for the tigers current form.

You could argue that on recent world cups Kenya is probably a better side, obviously they have their own problems at the moment.

They have one batsmen who looks like he could be of real test match standard in Ashraful, but he is 5 years off being any good.

They have a bunch of handy medium paced seamers, but lack a quality spinner.

Sri Lanka were ordinary for a long time, but they were starved of test matches, due to the new regulations you could argue that Bangladesh has already got a lot of experience.

I see their big problem as they have no hard nosed old players guiding them through.

I’m no expert on Sri Lanka, but they seemed to have a bunch of old dudes, Roy Dias comes to mind, who were ready made cricketers when they came in.

The tigers average age is foetus, which is not the general age for a test cricketer.

Bangladesh seems to be in a permanent state of rebuilding.

But everything they make is out of play doh.

And I love play doh, but test cricketers should be made of stronger stuff.
