Basketball ruined cricket in the West Indies.
Is the West Indies the only ‘country’ where cricket isn’t the number one sport?
No.
So why is basketball, and football some times to blame for what has happened.
How about the players they do produce, most of them have technical deficiencies you could drive a space ship through.
The fact that they have all these talented young spinners, and they never pick them.
They are the worst organised cricket board on earth.
They don’t play enough first class cricket.
Is all that Basketball’s fault?
There are many factors for their demise, and basketball is only one.
I am glad basketball swept the islands, because I would hate Patrick Ewing to be a cricketer, pompous ass clown.
