Glamorgan: Cardiff Ground Development (4)

The transformation of Glamorgan’s Sophia Gardens ground from County HQ to Test Match Arena is nearly complete, within budget and on time. The ground has been renamed the SWALEC stadium due to a £1.5m naming rights deal.

Over the last year I’ve tried to document the progress of the development, and previous updates are here: One, Two, Three.
Here's some pics from my latest visit on March 29th:

#1 The 'Really Welsh' Pavilion
(Really Welsh is a produce company providing a six figure sponsorship deal)
complete with Business Club boxes and Members' Area

#2 Cathedral Road Stand
with Lord's style Media Centre behind the bowler's arm

#3 River Taff End
largely unchanged, and not renamed, which pleases this blogger!
