Hallelujah

We’re free at last, we’re free at last, thank the aliens almighty, we are free at last.

Today birds are smiling, bees are singing, and the children, oh the children, they have never seen so much joy, they are glowing in a radiation of pure happiness and they are positively gay.

I feel like a teenage boy who has just pressed pause whilst watching basic instinct for the first time.

This is like in that seen where lassie finds the young boy down the well and resuscitates him while the townsfolk are all paralysed from syphilis.

Remember when man walked on the moon, remember when you first saw Natalie Portman, remember when that first girl or boy touched you down there, this is like that moment only 10 times more awesomeness.

It’s like seeing a Godzilla in real life, or meeting an alien for a cup of tea.

It’s as good as:

Bambi’s mum coming back to life.

Dubya Bush being disembowelled in a horrible rodeo accident.

Finding out a rich relative you hate has died and due to a typo in the will you get it all.

If old yeller wasn’t really dead, and was planning on having you as its owner.

This is life, a pure shot of life injected straight into your hardened heart.

This is a sunny day in a can.

Viva la revolution, Viva la Bryce.

So where every you are take a moment to soak in the glory that is Bryce getting picked for Australia.

And remember every time someone like Bryce gets picked for a test team, an Angel gets defiled, in a good way.

Miracles do happen.

Remember, blogs can come true.www.cricketwithballs.com... fighting the war on tony greig
