And Akmal and Younis and all of them.
India put on 330, Pakistan got 190, India win by 140 runs in the second game of the Kitply / Plywood cup. 140! Redonk, Pakistan! That's worse than Bangladesh's losing margin in the first game! Specifically, it's exactly twice as bad!
It's also the end of Pakistan's 12-match streak of ODI wins. India seem to like ending unbeaten runs.
India did get off to an absolute flier with a 155-run opening partnership from Gambhir and Sehwag. The others contributed reasonably well but only Yuvraj (55) got more than Extras (38).
See here for Q's excellent coverage.
Of the Pakistan bowlers, relatively new boy Wahab Riza, playing his first match against anyone non Toyger or Zimbo, got SPANKED. He finished with 9.2-0-86-2, that's 9.21 an over, conceded 12 extras and then had to be taken out of the attack after bowling at people's heads. He took the first two wickets, though, so I expect was still able to take positives from his day.
Pakistan just lost wickets too quickly. Shoaib Malik got a 50. Younis Khan improved on his run out without facing a ball in the Bangadesh game by getting a golden duck.
Piyush Chawla, one of my favourite players, was the pick of the bowlers, taking 8.4-0-40-4, although Praveen Kumar's 9-1-53-4 wasn't too shabby either. Piyush's wickets included the stumping of Shahid Afridi; I think we probably all know how that one went.
